About the CS Lighthouse

CS Lighthouse is a personal project exploring how Customer Success, operations, and data can work together more intelligently.
For now, it’s a place where I organise ideas, frameworks, and reflections drawn from real‑world experience building and running CS organisations.
Over time, CS Lighthouse may evolve into a broader set of resources for CS leaders and teams – tools, principles, and practices to help them navigate complexity with a bit more clarity.
Everything here is experimental, work‑in‑progress, and shared in the spirit of learning out loud.
